Return and Refund Policy – MoonMeew

At MoonMeew, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, here's how our returns and refunds work.

1. Return Window

You have 14 calendar days from the confirmed delivery date of your order to request a return. After this period, purchases are considered final and non-refundable.

2. Maximum Timeframe for Shipping Issues

For any issue related to shipping (non-receipt, delivery delays, shipping problems, etc.), the maximum timeframe to report it is 45 calendar days from the order date. After this period, claims regarding undelivered orders or shipping-related refunds will not be processed.

3. Return Eligibility Requirements

For an item to be accepted for return, it must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and unworn.
  • In its original condition, with original tags and packaging intact.
  • Free from damage, stains, odors, or any signs of use.

MoonMeew reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards.

4. How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us by email at support@moonmeew.com within the timeframe stated above.
  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. Wait for our approval before sending the item back.

Returns sent without prior authorization from our team will not be accepted.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
  • Processing time is 3–7 business days once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is the result of a MoonMeew error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).

6. Disputes and Chargebacks

Any dispute or chargeback opened after 14 days from delivery, or after 45 days from the purchase date, will be considered invalid. MoonMeew will use this policy, together with delivery confirmation, to contest such disputes.
