Once your order is placed, please allow 1–4 business days for it to be processed and prepared for shipment. Processing times may vary during high-demand periods or promotional campaigns. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.

2. Delivery Estimates

Standard shipping typically takes 7–12 business days from the time your order is dispatched, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they can be affected by carrier performance, destination, and other factors outside our control.

3. Customs and International Shipments

For international orders, packages may be subject to customs inspections, which can occasionally cause delays beyond our estimated delivery window. MoonMeew is not responsible for customs delays, and any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may apply are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please note that tracking information may take a few days to update, particularly during handovers between carriers. If your tracking hasn't updated in several days, please contact us at support@moonmeew.com and we'll be happy to look into it.

5. Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@moonmeew.com with your order number. We can only modify the address if your order has not yet been dispatched — once it has shipped, we are unable to make changes.

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to high order volume, seasonal peaks, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control. If this happens, our support team will do their best to keep you updated with the most accurate estimate available.
